1:1 THERAPY AND COACHING

We provide one-to-one therapy and coaching using an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approach. Among our team of clinical psychologists, educational psychologists and coaches we have expertise to work with people with a wide range of issues and needs, from helping people with marked distress (e.g. symptoms of anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress) to supporting people who feel they are generally managing well but need some support to cope with a cross-road in life or specific issue (e.g. around their career, lifestyle issues etc).

CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Clinical supervision is an integral part of supporting practitioners to provide safe and effective services. Following training and attendance at ACT-based workshops, regular supervision can also provides a space to take you ACT skills practice and confidence to the next level. 

Our approach to supervision nourishes reflection, openness, safety, and creativity, keeping the premise of values and 'workability' at the core of what we do. In other words, we use a supportive and skills-base approach to help supervisees, and the clients they work with, to get unstuck and lead fulfilling lives.

The ACW team each have over 10 years of experience with the ACT model, across educational, clinical and corporate settings, and so are well placed to provide clinical supervision tailored to your needs. 

We offer supervision in the following formats:

-1:1 (face to face and using Skype)

-*new* Bristol peer consultation and skills practice group  - every other month on a Wednesday evening (please email olivia@actforwellbeing.co.uk for more information)
